No Place for Hate

Greetings Patriot Nation!

Students, No Place for Hate wants you!  If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference at PCMS, then No Place for Hate is the club for you!  The club is designed to rally the entire school around the goal of creating a welcoming community committed to stopping all forms of bias and bullying.  We can help PCMS foster a culture of respect, as well as create a more safe and kind learning environment for all students.  If you would like to be a member of No Place for Hate, please attend our first meeting on Tuesday, September 10th 2019 at 8:10 AM in the Art Room.  No passes are necessary for this meeting, but all students must enter through the front doors by the main office.  If you have any further questions, please see Ms. Ringler in the counseling office…and remember, BE KIND!

Parents, check out the PCMS Kindness Campaign below, and please support this effort by encouraging your children to participate!

No Place for Hate, the counseling department, and the Foundation have teamed up in order to take a proactive approach to bullying by focusing on a school-wide Kindness Campaign.  The Kindness Kick-Off Week will begin on Monday, September 9th 2019.  The week will be fill with various anti-discrimination activities that promote celebrating diversity, acceptance, and positivity such as: a door decorating contest (winning homeroom will be awarded a Foundation sponsored breakfast), daily kindness quotes and challenges, announcement of a kindness ticket incentive (students caught carrying out a kind act will be awarded a ticket by a staff member…students are to collect tickets in order to redeem them for awesome ‘BE KIND’ swag), and more!

Parents and students, please support No Place for Hate’s efforts in spreading KINDNESS around PCMS by purchasing a ‘BE KIND’ t-shirt and/or draw string bag!  All proceeds will go toward future PCMS activities intended to create a positive, welcoming, and kind learning environment for our students.  To order: click the below link, fill out the order form and submit cash or check (payable to Peachtree Charter Middle School) to Ms. Ringler in the counseling office.  Once the order form and payment are received, your order will be processed.  Thank you for your support!
